Bouncy Rentals Rules & Safety Guidelines
General Safety Guidelines
To prevent injuries and ensure proper use, please follow these rules:
Adult supervision is required at all times during inflatable use
Limit the number of users based on size and age—no mixing toddlers and teens
No flips, somersaults, or rough play
No shoes, sharp objects, eyeglasses, or jewelry
No food, drinks, gum, or candy inside the inflatables
Keep all pets away from rental equipment
Do not operate the inflatable in high winds or rain
If the unit begins to deflate, exit immediately and call us
Setup & Surface Requirements
Inflatables must be set up on flat, clean surfaces—grass, turf, concrete, or pavement
A dedicated power outlet is required within 100 feet (or a generator)
We cannot set up under low-hanging trees or power lines
Do not relocate any rental equipment after setup
Weather Policy
For your safety:
We reserve the right to cancel or delay your rental due to weather conditions such as high winds (over 15 mph), lightning, or heavy rain
If weather forces cancellation before setup, a full rain check will be issued
Damage & Cleaning Fees
Please treat our equipment with care. Additional fees will apply for:
Excessive cleaning (e.g., food, gum, confetti, silly string, etc.)
Damage caused by misuse or neglect
Water damage to non-water inflatables
Missing stakes, tarps, or accessories
Liability Disclaimer
By renting from Bouncy Rentals USA, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Bouncy Rentals USA is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of rental equipment
The customer assumes full responsibility for the safety and supervision of all participants
The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bouncy Rentals USA, its owners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or lawsuits arising from the use of rental equipment
The customer accepts all responsibility for ensuring equipment is used properly and safely in accordance with our guidelines
