Our Cancellation Policy.
We try to keep things fair for everyone — including the next family on the waiting list. Here’s exactly how cancellations work.
The Short Version
- All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your event: deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of your event: deposit is non-refundable, except in cases of weather or acts of God.
- Weather call-offs receive a full refund of the deposit, no questions asked.
- We notify customers about weather concerns no later than 24 hours before scheduled delivery.
Why We Have This Policy
When you reserve a unit for your date, we take that unit off the calendar — meaning we turn down other families and organizations who wanted that same equipment for that same day. The deposit ensures both of us are committed and protects the customers waiting in line behind you.
That said, we also know life happens. Below is exactly how we handle the common situations.
Standard Cancellations
More than 72 hours before your event
Full refund of your deposit. Just call or email us as soon as you know — the earlier we know, the easier it is to give that slot to another family.
Within 72 hours of your event
Deposit is non-refundable. By this point, we’ve already declined other bookings for your date and our crew is scheduled. The only exceptions are weather and acts of God (see below).
No-show on event day
Full booking amount is due. We’ve shown up, we’ve got the equipment loaded, and our crew has spent the day on your route.
Weather Cancellations
Our weather promise
We monitor forecasts closely the week of your event. If conditions look unsafe — sustained winds over 15 mph, thunderstorms, lightning, or sub-40°F temps — we’ll reach out at least 24 hours before delivery to discuss options.
Your options when weather threatens
- Reschedule to another available date — no fees, full credit applied.
- Cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Proceed as planned at your own discretion (we’ll only deliver if conditions are safe at our judgment).
Day-of weather emergencies
If weather turns dangerous on event day after we’ve delivered, we’ll come pack up the equipment for safety. You’ll receive a partial refund based on hours used. Full refund if we determine conditions were unsafe before the event began.
Acts of God
Hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, or other declared emergencies result in a full refund of your deposit. We’re in the Lowcountry — we take this part of the policy seriously.
Equipment Damage and Lost Items
We expect normal wear and tear — that’s what the deposit covers. However, customers are responsible for damages caused by:
- Failure to follow safe-use guidelines (e.g., shoes/sharp objects in inflatables, exceeding capacity)
- Damage from pets, food, or drinks inside the units
- Theft or vandalism while equipment is in your possession
We’ll document any damage at pickup and discuss repair/replacement costs directly with you.

Questions About This Policy
If anything here is unclear, we’d rather talk it through than have you guess. Call us — we’re reasonable people, and we want your event to be a good one.
