These answers cover the most common questions about availability, quotes, payment, delivery, setup, weather, and venue requirements. Your formal quote is the final source for the exact rental period, price, and event-specific terms.
How do I check availability and get an exact price?
Open the live rental catalog, choose your event date, and add the items you want to your event list. Send the complete request with the delivery address and venue details. We will confirm availability and return a formal quote with the exact price and terms.
Does adding an item reserve it?
No. Adding an item builds your quote request. The rental is reserved only after availability is confirmed, you approve the quote, and the required payment is completed.
How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
A 50% deposit reserves an approved booking. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Your formal quote and payment link will show the dates, amounts, and applicable terms before you pay.
What is included with my rental?
We handle delivery, setup, and pickup as confirmed in your quote. We also clean and sanitize equipment between rentals. Any location-specific delivery requirements or additional services will be shown before you reserve.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is Charleston County, Berkeley County, and Dorchester County, including Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, and Goose Creek. Enter the full address in your request so we can confirm route availability and venue requirements. See the Service Area page for details.
What power and water access do I need?
Most inflatables require access to a suitable standard electrical outlet. Water slides also require a working water source and hose access. Power, blower, generator, and hose requirements vary by item and setup, so disclose any park or remote venue in your request. Generators are available when arranged in advance.
Can you set up at a park, school, church, or HOA property?
Often, yes. The venue may require a reservation, certificate of insurance, approved power source, attendant, or specific anchoring rules. Get the venue’s requirements first and include them in your request. Certificates of insurance are available for schools, churches, and venues.
What setup surfaces are allowed?
Suitability depends on the rental, anchoring method, access, slope, overhead clearance, and venue rules. Tell us whether the surface is grass, pavement, indoor flooring, or another material. We confirm the setup plan before delivery; do not assume every unit can be installed on every surface.
What happens if the weather is unsafe?
We monitor weather and will not install or operate equipment in unsafe conditions. Eligible weather cancellations can be rescheduled or refunded according to the Cancellation Policy. Contact us as early as possible when weather is a concern.
How is the equipment cleaned?
Equipment is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. Our crew also inspects the unit during setup and reviews the basic operating and safety expectations with the responsible adult.
How far ahead should I book?
Popular weekends, school field days, church festivals, and warm-weather water-slide dates can fill early. Check the live catalog as soon as you know your date. Sending a request does not obligate you, but availability is not held until the reservation is confirmed.
