Four clear steps take you from browsing to a confirmed event. The live catalog starts the request; your formal quote is the final source for the rental period, price, delivery, and payment terms.
Step 1 — Choose your date and rentals
Open the live rental catalog, select your event date, and add the available rentals you want to your event list. Include the full delivery address, venue type, expected guest count, setup surface, and any power or water limitations.
Step 2 — Review the formal quote
Submitting the event list is a quote request, not a reservation. We confirm availability and send a formal quote showing the exact rental period, item pricing, delivery and setup details, required deposit, balance schedule, and event-specific terms.
Multi-day and weekend pricing can vary by item and dates. Use the total in the formal quote rather than assuming the displayed daily price covers a longer rental period.
Step 3 — Reserve with the required payment
A 50% deposit reserves an approved booking. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Follow the secure payment instructions attached to the quote. Availability is not held until the required reservation payment is completed.
Step 4 — Delivery, setup, and pickup
Our crew arrives in the confirmed delivery window, installs and anchors the equipment for the approved surface, and reviews the basic operating expectations with the responsible adult. Setup time varies by the unit, access, and site conditions.
After the event, we return for pickup according to the confirmed rental window. Weekend and multi-day timing is listed in the quote; it is not automatically the same for every item or event.
Prepare the site before delivery
- Measure the usable setup area, gate width, and overhead clearance.
- Identify the surface and disclose slopes, fences, stairs, irrigation, septic areas, and overhead lines.
- Confirm suitable power; tell us if a generator may be needed.
- For water slides, confirm a working water source and hose access.
- Get park or venue rules for inflatables, insurance, anchoring, attendants, delivery windows, and generators.
- Keep the delivery path and setup area clear before the crew arrives.
Safety, cleaning, and weather
- Equipment is cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
- Bouncy Rentals USA is fully insured, and certificates of insurance are available for schools, churches, and venues.
- Equipment is not installed or operated when conditions are unsafe.
