Bring Bouncy Rentals USA to Your City.
We’re building something we believe in — and we want partners who feel the same. If you’re an entrepreneur who’d like to bring Bouncy Rentals USA to your community, we’d love to hear from you.
The Story
Bouncy Rentals USA started in Charleston with a simple idea: families and schools in our community deserved a rental company that actually showed up on time, took care of its equipment, and treated every booking like it mattered. Years later, we’ve built that company — and we’ve built the systems, vendor relationships, and operational know-how that make it run.
Now we’re thinking about what comes next. We believe there are entrepreneurs in other cities who want to run a business like this — one rooted in their community, anchored in service, and built on a brand that families trust. If you’re one of them, we want to talk.
What We Stand For
The kind of partner we’re hoping to find isn’t necessarily someone with rental industry experience. They’re someone who agrees with us on a few non-negotiables:
- Show up on time, every time. Late delivery is the difference between a stress-free party and a panicked phone call.
- Clean equipment, every booking. No shortcuts on the things parents actually care about.
- Be honest, even when it costs you. If the wind is too high or the unit doesn’t fit the space, say so.
- Treat every booking like it’s the only one. The backyard birthday matters as much as the school festival.
If those four things ring true to you — read on.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re early in this process and we’re being thoughtful about it. The kind of person who would make sense as a partner is someone who:
- Wants to operate the business hands-on, not as an absentee owner
- Lives in (or has deep roots in) the market they want to serve
- Genuinely enjoys customer-facing work — this is a service business, not a finance business
- Has the patience to build a brand the right way over years, not flip it in 18 months
Industry experience isn’t required. Some of the best operators in this space came from completely different backgrounds — teaching, hospitality, parenting, the trades. What matters more is the disposition.
Where We Are Right Now
We want to be straight with you about where this stands.
We’re in the exploration phase. We’re talking to people who might want to be part of building this with us, learning what they care about, and developing the structure that would let us bring on partners the right way. There’s a lot of work between here and a formal program — legal documentation, training systems, regional support — and we’re committed to doing it properly rather than quickly.
If you’d like to be part of that conversation, the form below puts you on a short list of people we’ll be back in touch with as things progress. No pressure, no commitment — just an open door.

Please put “Franchise Interest” in the subject line.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a formal franchise offer?
Not yet. This page is for collecting expressions of interest from entrepreneurs who’d like to be considered when we’re ready to bring on partners. A formal franchise offering requires a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and state registrations we haven’t completed yet. We’ll never sell or offer a franchise without those documents in place.
When will the formal program launch?
We don’t have a public timeline. We’d rather get it right than get it fast — bringing on the wrong partners early would hurt the brand we’ve worked hard to build. People who reach out now will hear from us when there’s real news to share.
What kind of investment will be required?
We’re not in a position to share specific numbers yet — partly because the structure isn’t finalized, and partly because we’re legally required to share investment details only through an FDD. What we can say: any rental business at our scale requires meaningful capital for inventory, a delivery vehicle, insurance, and working capital. If that’s a non-starter for your situation, this probably isn’t the right fit, and that’s okay.
What markets are you considering?
We’d rather follow great operators than chase markets. If you’re in a city where you have local roots and you can identify real demand, we’d like to hear about it — even if it’s not somewhere we’d thought about.
Will you sell to investors looking for an absentee operation?
Probably not. This business runs on relationships — with families, with schools, with churches, with the local crew. We’d struggle to bring on a partner who plans to manage from a distance.
This page is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell a franchise. Franchise offerings are made only through the delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in compliance with applicable federal and state law. We currently offer franchises only in states where we are registered or exempt.
