Safety & Cleaning

Clean equipment, a suitable setup site, responsible supervision, and weather-aware decisions all matter. This page explains the safety and cleaning practices customers should understand before a Bouncy Rentals USA event.

Cleaning between rentals

Equipment is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. During setup, our crew also checks the unit and reviews the basic operating expectations with the responsible adult. If you have a cleaning, allergy, or venue-policy question, ask before reserving so it can be addressed in writing.

Site and setup approval

The setup location must provide adequate space, access, clearance, anchoring, and power for the selected rental. Tell us the surface type and disclose slopes, stairs, narrow gates, fences, irrigation, septic areas, overhead lines, and other obstacles. Our crew may decline or adjust an installation when the site or conditions are unsafe.

Power, blowers, and generators

Inflatables require continuous suitable power while in use. Do not unplug, move, cover, or alter blowers or electrical connections. If a venue does not have suitable power, tell us during the quote request so generator options and placement can be reviewed.

Responsible adult supervision

A responsible adult must supervise the rental and enforce the operating instructions provided for the item. Follow the stated age, capacity, height, weight, and activity guidance. Keep shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, and unauthorized equipment out of inflatables. Stop use immediately if the unit loses pressure, shifts, or appears damaged.

Weather decisions

Inflatables are not installed or operated in unsafe wind, lightning, storms, or other hazardous conditions. Follow crew instructions and stop use when directed. Weather, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms are detailed in the Cancellation Policy.

Schools, churches, and venues

Certificates of insurance are available for schools, churches, and venues. Send the venue’s requirements, delivery window, power plan, anchoring rules, and attendant expectations with the quote request. Do not assume a park or managed venue automatically permits inflatables.

Customer preparation checklist

  • Measure the setup area, access gate, and overhead clearance.
  • Clear the delivery path and approved setup area before arrival.
  • Locate suitable power and, for water slides, a working water source.
  • Identify underground or overhead hazards and restricted areas.
  • Choose a responsible adult to supervise the equipment.
  • Review the quote, item guidance, and cancellation policy before the event.
