If you’ve ever hosted a big party, a school field day, or a church festival, you know the feeling. The inflatables are a hit, the kids are having a blast, and suddenly you’re the one making sure nobody’s climbing the walls, sneaking in with shoes on, or piling fifteen kids into a unit built for six. It’s a lot to juggle when you’d rather be enjoying the event.
That’s exactly what our new attendant service solves.
What On-Site Attendants Actually Do
When you add an attendant to your rental, a trained member of our team stays with your equipment for the duration of your event. They handle the supervision so you don’t have to:
- Enforcing capacity limits so units don’t get overcrowded
- Keeping different age and size groups separated for safer play
- Managing lines so every kid gets a fair turn
- Watching for the little things — shoes, food, roughhousing — that lead to bumps and bruises
- Keeping an eye on Lowcountry weather and pausing play if wind or storms roll in
Who Should Add an Attendant?
Attendants make the biggest difference at events where a lot is happening at once:
- Schools and field days. Many campuses expect a dedicated staff member watching each inflatable. Our attendants make that easy, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
- Church and community festivals. When you’ve got a crowd and volunteers stretched thin, an attendant keeps the inflatable zone running smoothly.
- Corporate and HOA events. Keep the focus on your guests while we handle the equipment.
- Larger backyard parties. If you’re expecting a big group of kids and want to actually relax, an attendant is worth every penny.
How to Add It
Attendants are available as an add-on to any rental. Because every event is different — different sizes, unit counts, and hours — attendant staffing is priced right in your custom quote. Just mention you’d like attendants when you build your event, or ask us when we confirm your booking.
A quick note: our attendants provide event supervision and safety monitoring for our equipment. They’re there to keep the play safe and organized — they are not licensed security personnel and do not provide security services.
